The Jersey Story
A cycling club just wouldn’t be complete without a ‘team’ jersey. But we’re not a hard core cycling club. We just wanted something cool (and cool) to wear with a design that captured what we’re all about.
After joining us for the 2017 season, local resident Erica Thumma took the initiative to draft a jersey design. And she nailed it – sunset road rides along creeks and over hillsides with our goal at the end of the road. If you look closely, the fun illustration even includes our “Bike Riders Ahead” sign.
When our group particpated in the Ride of Silence in 2019, it was fun to see Pedals and Pints well represented among some of the most serious local cycling groups.
And as we’re out and about riding solo (especially in 2020), you always know you have another friend on the road when you see a Penns Valley Pedals and Pints Jersey.
How to Buy a Jersey
We’ve been taking jersey orders for the past several years and have over 100 jerseys out there. We need to order a minimum of 10 jerseys at a time.
Jerseys are typically $72 and with $10 going directly to the charity fund.

Penns Valley Pedals & Pints Jersey
An Ascend Elevate Jersey, this Penns Valley Pedals + Pints Jersey is a DIFFERENT brand than our previous PVPP jersey and they run about a size smaller in larger sizes. Please check sizing charts carefully so you get a perfect fit! Sizes may not align with your favorite ‘retail’ brands in all cases.
